"I wanted to give you some feedback on the sticks I
tried. After three five hour rehearsals with
a band that plays power pop, punk and ska, these
sticks are holding up beautifully! I like the
balance and power of the 5A Intense. I tried
one pair each of the white hickory and the red
hickory. The tips show no signs of wear on
either one. As hard as I have to play, I
don't tend to break sticks. Most of the wear
is on the shank of the stick-from rim shots (I lay
into the backbeat pretty hard). So far, I
like these sticks ALOT! I really appreciate
the high quality.”
